For three generations the Arnaiz family has been in the construction industry. Five decades ago, General Ramon B. Arnaiz arrived in Baja California and created Constructora Transpenínsular. The Tijuana-Tecate Highway; Tecate-Mexicali Highway, that crosses the Rumorosa Mountain; Tecate-Ensenada Highway (Valle de Guadalupe or Guadalupe Valley now an important winery region); Ensenada-La Bufadora Highway and a few days before passing away the San Luis Rio Colorado-Santana Highways (El Desierto de Altar) were his projects, with these highways he connected Baja California to the rest of Mexico. It should be noted that the Rumorosa and the Desierto de Altar were titanic projects because of the magnitude and adverse conditions due to weather and terrain. Another of his projects was the first section of Tijuana with complete infrastructure: "La Colonia Juarez".

His children, Elsa and Raymundo continued with their father's work and incorporated Fraccionadora Arnaiz, which in turn built the residential development "Cumbres de Juárez", which has been cataloged as one of the top three in Tijuana.

The "Villas del Mar" development in Rosarito followed and afterward the residential and tourist development "La Paloma" with 300 homes; an exemplary development with full compliance to Mexican laws and regulations and fully guaranteeing foreigners rights by way of the FIDEICOMISO or trust. La Paloma and Villas del Mar continue to be widely recognized as two of Rosarito’s best managed, most sought after and well established older beachfront communities.

We now proudly offer the most recent Arnaiz family project, ideally situated on the beachfront estate owned by the family for over 50 years with clean title and no encumbrances. The original residence has been removed to make way for Riviera de Rosarito, a luxuriously appointed boutique condominium facility of only 52 select homes, complete with their own private beach, pool, gym, clubhouse and secure 2-story parking area.

Construction commenced in 2006, and was proudly completed on time and on budget with the homes ready now for immediate occupancy and fully registered title and ownership as opposed to promises for future title and completion by private contract only.
